We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Neonatologist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to newborns with critical health needs, including premature and critically ill infants. You will work in a collaborative environment within our advanced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art medical care and supporting families through challenging times.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of neonatal conditions.
- Performing advanced neonatal procedures and interventions.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Providing education and emotional support to families.
- Participating in clinical research and quality improvement efforts.
- Staying current with developments in neonatology and pediatric care.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
- Completion of Pediatrics residency and Neonatology fellowship.
- Board certification in Neonatology.
- Current medical license in the practicing state.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a NICU or related setting preferred.
- Strong clinical and procedural skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, team-based environment.
