We are a community healthcare provider of high-quality nursing services in Dubai and Northern Emirates. A team of 100 nurses requires a strong leader to establish care plans and training and development priorities based on the quality standards selected.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish care plans and training and development priorities.
2. Manage resources efficiently and report on key performance indicators and cost drivers.
3. Leverage positive relationships in the healthcare community to advance the organization’s business through ongoing marketing and promotions.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in accreditation and building team relations and communications.
2. Dubai and Northern Emirates experience is a must.
3. Arabic speaking is an advantage.
