Requirements for ODOO ERP DEVELOPER – Minimum 3 Years Experience

Key Requirements:

• Able to design, develop, and test Odoo applications (new module development and customization).
• Knowledge of Odoo modules and integration – Strong knowledge of Core Python and programming concepts.
• Experience with Odoo APIs and maintaining advanced configurations – Strong experience in Odoo (OpenERP) installation, configuration, and development.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document software according to the functional requirements.
• Maintain existing applications – Complete and clear documentation for any task/work done.
• Test new functions/modifications to existing application modules in accordance with application support.
• Configuration, installation, and maintenance of the server and multi-database Odoo/Ubuntu environment.
• Keep different projects/versions under control using SVN or Git.
• Other development tasks in systems other than Odoo.
• Ability to learn new technologies.
• Consistently create quality software that meets specific design and requirements on stated timelines.
• Enhance applications, develop and configure features and functionalities that support business requirements.
• Ability to conduct GAP analysis.

Qualification:

• Proficient in using Python and SQL programming languages.
• Full-stack developer (Backend as well as web development).
• Database: PostgreSQL (with object-relational mapping).
• Development model: Open with external community.
• Version: Community and Enterprise.
• Able to handle pressure at work and meet deadlines.
• Able to multitask simultaneously.
• Able to conduct technical and functional training for clients.
• Should be a motivated self-starter and a very good team player.
• Excellent client communication skills (written and oral communication).
• Able to handle complex issues of customers under the stipulated time frame.

Key Skills:

• Development experience with programming languages: Python, SQL, Java SQL database or relational.
• Database skills with all described skills.
• Candidate must be located inside UAE (currently).

Education:

• B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BCA/MSC-IT.
