Milele Properties is expanding! We are currently seeking experienced Off-Plan Property Brokers to join our high-performing team in Dubai. If youre passionate about the citys dynamic property market and have a strong background in off-plan sales this is your opportunity to thrive in a supportive growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from top developers including Emaar Sobha Damac Nakheel and more.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement and client meetings to deal closure.
• Provide clients with expert guidance on available projects investment opportunities and ROI expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and project launches.
• Build long-term relationships with buyers and investors through excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Utilize CRM tools and marketing support to manage leads and maximize sales performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate with a focus on off-plan properties preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of major Dubai developers and their project portfolios.
• Proven track record in real estate sales and a consistent performance history.
• Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills .
• RERA certification is preferred.
• Highly motivated target-driven and team-oriented .
