Office Administrator Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and providing information about the company.
- Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming mail and correspondence.
- Support other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Salary: 1200 AED/month
