Our client is a government backed cultural institution in Abu Dhabi playing a central role in shaping the emirate’s global cultural positioning and long term heritage vision. As part of a broader strategic mandate to elevate cultural and educational destinations, the institution operates at national scale with strong executive sponsorship, structured governance and long term investment commitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and reporting across Operations and Partnerships & Commercial
• Drive institutional performance through governance led strategy and operational oversight
• Oversee facilities management, safety and security across a high footfall public asset
• Manage commercial partnerships, concessions and revenue generating initiatives
• Deliver structured procurement and shared services governance
• Operate as the strategic deputy to executive leadership on operational and financial matters
• Create multi-year financial plans aligned to institutional objectives
• Run executive reporting and stakeholder updates within a government framework

Qualifications

• Director/Sr Manager level with strong financial planning, budgeting and reporting expertise
• Experience within either large corporates, universities, airports, cultural or government institutions
• Ideally exposure to government policy, governance and structured budgeting environments
• Proven oversight of operations including facilities, safety and support services
• Commercially aware with experience managing partnerships or revenue streams
• Strategic thinker with strong data literacy and institutional maturity
• Independent, articulate and confident operating at executive level
• Emirati candidates strongly preferred
