Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

This is a full-time contract position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle Fusion Financial modules including AR, AP, FA, CM, GL, Exp, Tax, and Intercompany.
• Participate in at least two full lifecycle implementations as a functional consultant.
• Collaborate with technical teams on ERP table structures, customizations, and reporting.
• Create and review functional documentation, business process workflows, and data requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project timelines are met.
• Handle incident management and support using ITSM processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion and EBS finance stream, including 2 full implementations.
• Knowledge of ERP table structures and hands-on experience with PL/SQL preferred.
• Educational background in accounting or finance (e.g., B.Com, M.Com, MBA-Fin, CA, CMA).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
