Overview

Design and continuously optimize the Group’s organizational architecture, operating model, and structural efficiency across multiple geographies.

This is a structural design and implementation mandate at group level to continuously adapt structure to strategy.

Design and implement the Group’s operating model to maximize efficiency, scalability, resilience, and financial performance.

Scope of work

We are looking for senior professionals with 10+ years of hands‑on experience from:

  • Multi‑country industrial / engineering / contracting groups
  • Private equity portfolio operations / post‑acquisition restructuring

Mandatory experience includes:

  • Workforce cost modeling and SG&A optimization
  • Operating model transformation with financial impact delivery

Strong financial literacy, organizational economics expertise, and execution track record are required.

Success is measured by structural impact: SG&A reduction, revenue per employee increase, organizational simplification, and EBITDA uplift.

This role works directly with the Chairman and Executive Committee.
