Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry.
- 5 years of experience in the cloud industry.
- Experience in building partner ecosystems for partners, cloud integrators, boutique partners, and global system integrators.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with the cloud ecosystem and presenting to executive audiences.
- Experience in managing relationships with partners in the specific markets.
- Experience in delivering go-to-market strategies and results.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of system integrators or service providers, software vendors, and public cloud solutions across software-as-a-service, platform-as-a-service or infrastructure-as-a-service.
- Excellent communication skills.

Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile, and collaborative. On this team, you will drive Google Cloud business relationships by analyzing partner business performance, identifying methods of increasing partner and Google returns, pitching ideas to and identifying opportunities within partners, and coordinating across Google teams to deliver. You will educate our partners on the power of Google Cloud and enable them to be successful in driving innovation to our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment, growth, and creation of new practice areas and offerings for the ecosystem of partners in Japan. You will create and manage executive relationships with existing and new partners, offering them advice and thought leadership. You will develop relationships with internal stakeholders, like Field Business Representatives and Customer Engineers, to grow the impact of assigned partners to the Google Cloud Business.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities
- Manage business performance of partners and priorities to meet or exceed quarterly goals. Drive quarterly business reviews with service partners and Google leadership.
- Drive partner value propositions to the partner development manager teams.
- Drive executive connections with regional business leadership and partner leadership.
- Help partners to grow their practice and product portfolio through joint development of solutions and services. Develop and provide custom presentations on Google Cloud Platform technologies to partners to help them for joint business.
- Drive partners to build a sourced pipeline and ensure pipeline tracking accuracy and health.
