Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
  • Experience in working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • Experience in coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with technical business or field business, business engineering or professional consulting, with the knowledge of business.
  • Experience in developing applications, with building and launching customer facing products.
  • Experience with internet products and technologies.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of the advertising clients or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Business and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for the external clients/partners. You will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google’s online advertising platforms or product partnerships.Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech’s role is to help bring them to life. Responsibilities

  • Help partners in day-to-day tests by delivering solutions to their problems, troubleshooting their issues and performing implementation reviews.
  • Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical issues.
  • Represent the client’s feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering to improve product offerings.
  • Ensure client satisfaction in terms of technical aspects by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
