The Performance Marketing Executive (IMEA) will be responsible for overseeing performance marketing activities across the territories of the Middle East, India, and Africa. Additionally, they will provide support to the Marketing Manager for social media and digital advertising initiatives in the Asia market. The role is responsible for taking business, campaign and channel insights and using them to devise a regional strategy for engaging, converting and retaining customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of the digital landscape and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.

Based in our Dubai office within the VistaJet Marketing team, we are looking for an individual who enjoys collaborating between departments and making data-led decisions while creating a best-in-class CRM experience.

Responsibilities include partnering with the Vista regional leadership to develop and optimize the SEO, Paid Media, Email and Social strategy to deliver the ambitious growth plans for the regions. Developing and managing regional campaigns, ensuring they are managed, tracked, and optimized to meet lead generation quality. You will be the point of contact for localised agencies and manage timelines for deliverables of media campaigns, budget forecasting, reporting key performance metrics, and surfacing potential issues as a consistent elevation of campaign performance and activities. With strong communication skills, you will be a team player with a collaborative approach to problem solving.

Candidates must be based in the UAE, and the role can be worked on a hybrid remote basis (4 days in, 1 out).

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies and campaigns for the Middle East, India, and Africa territories.
  • Monitor and optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve key objectives, such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Sales, and Product teams, to ensure alignment to drive results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform and enhance performance marketing strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and optimize ad targeting.
  • Develop media strategies based on data analysis, consumer insights, market updates, identification of business challenges, competitive landscape analysis, media selection, cost-efficiency optimization, timing, and investment planning.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance across territories using relevant metrics and KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure efficient execution of campaigns.
  • Provide additional support alongside the Local Marketing Director in designing and implementing social media and digital advertising campaigns for the Asia market.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to tailor brand communication to prospects and clients in your designated region.
  • Analyse past campaigns and key moments to identify performance opportunities and define how to build on results for the next iteration.
  • Produce regular reporting and analysis of campaign activities and insights.

Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role in a commercial marketing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a small team.
  • In-platform expertise with relevant performance marketing platforms and attribution tools e.g. Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Dynamics, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Suite, Campaign Monitor, Litmus or similar.
  • Creativity, enthusiasm and a genuine love for data.
  • Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Analytics & Insights: demographic profiling, personas, segmentation. Attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with proficient communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
