Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera Project Management P6.
• Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones to guide project execution and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and track the progress of work, including physical progress, Earned Value, and schedule performance.
• Regularly assess and update the schedule of works, ensuring alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and critical path identification.
• Prepare and present periodic reports to clients and project management, including daily reports, weekly reports, weekly dashboards, presentations, monthly reports, and project summaries.
• Provide any additional reporting as required to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
• Target Programming and Updates: Develop target programs and provide the site team with required look-ahead schedules and progress updates.
• Ensure that the project schedule and planned progress milestones are met by closely coordinating with the site team and addressing any potential delays or issues proactively.
• Claims and Extension of Time (EOT) Analysis: Prepare detailed claims and conduct Extension of Time (EOT) analyses to support project management in addressing delays and changes.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for accurate claims preparation.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Issue necessary schedules to subcontractors on-site, ensuring their activities are aligned with overall project requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor progress and performance, addressing any deviations from the plan and ensuring timely completion of their work packages.
• Tender Programs and Bidding Support: Develop and prepare tender programs and planning-related documentation for bidding purposes.
• Collaborate with the bidding team to provide planning input and ensure that bid submissions are competitive and aligned with project timelines and requirements.
