Overview

Job Summary: BK Gulf LL is looking for MEP Planning Engineer to support our MEP projects across UAE.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines for MEP activities in coordination with project stakeholders.
• Monitor progress of MEP works and update project schedules as needed to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with MEP design teams to integrate project specifications and requirements into the planning process.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect MEP installations and identify any issues that may affect the project schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
• Prepare reports detailing the progress of MEP works, highlighting any deviations from the original plan, and proposing corrective actions.

Qualifications

• UAE/MOFA attested bachelor’s degree in Engineering is must.
• Proven experience working as an MEP Planning Engineer on MEP projects.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and project management principles.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address issues and deviations in the project schedule.
