Overview

We are seeking experienced Plant Maintenance Mechanics to join our industrial operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and repairing mechanical equipment.

Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial / Maintenance
Salary: AED 1000 + AED 210 Food Allowance + Overtime
Experience Required: Minimum 4-5 Years
Education Required: ITI in Mechanical or a relevant field
Quantity: 100 Openings

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all plant machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of tools, machinery, and equipment to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Assist with the installation, calibration, and adjustment of new machinery.
• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

Requirements

• ITI certification in Mechanical or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or plant maintenance role.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Proficient in reading technical manuals and blueprints.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as required.
