The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years in security architecture, ideally with experience in AI, HPC, or large-scale data platforms.
• Deep expertise in IAM, encryption, isolation strategies, audit logging, and network security in hybrid environments.
• Deep expertise with Security frameworks such as NIST, CIS.
• Strong understanding of AI-specific security risks: model theft, data leakage, dataset poisoning, and LLM risks.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (ex: AWS, Microsoft, GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes, Run:AI, etc.) and multi-tenancy; including hard and soft partitioning.
• Experience leading technical workshops with customers staff up to an including C-level.
• Proven ability to work across engineering, legal, and business teams to define and communicate risk postures.
• Experience building security models, compliance plans, or technical controls documentation.
• Deep expertise with SaaS/AI (TSA, ANSSI, ENISA) regulatory requirements including GDPR, DORA, EU AI Act, & UAE compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to CxO discussions, investment cases, and board-level strategy.
• Strong presentation and influence skills—able to guide both technical teams and senior leadership.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CCSK) a plus but not required.
