Cactus Recruitment is representing a well-established international school in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, seeking an exceptional educational leader for the role of Principal for its Girls Campus.

The successful candidate will lead the Girls Campus of the school (K–12), ensuring strong academic outcomes and a safe, inspiring environment for all students.
The Role: Principal (Girls Campus)
The Principal will play a key role in driving whole-school improvement, academic standards, behaviour culture, and teacher performance across all grade levels (K–12).
This role requires a confident, experienced leader who can balance instructional leadership, behaviour culture, and strategic school improvement while fostering a positive, cohesive learning environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
– Academic Leadership
- Lead and oversee teaching and learning across the Girls Campus (K–12).
- Monitor academic standards and drive school-wide improvement initiatives.
- Support teachers with coaching, evaluation, and performance development.
- Ensure curriculum alignment with the school’s blended international/UAE model.
- Use data effectively to identify trends, student needs, and improvement goals.
– Behaviour & Wellbeing
- Oversee behaviour systems, policies, and restorative practices.
- Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and student responsibility.
- Ensure all practices reflect cultural values and community expectations.
- Coordinate wellbeing initiatives that support student personal growth.
– School Improvement
- Contribute to whole-school strategic planning and improvement cycles.
- Lead or support accreditation, inspection, and compliance processes.
- Develop action plans to raise standards and enhance school performance.
– Operational Collaboration
- Work closely with the Principal and senior leaders across campuses.
- Strengthen staff culture, team collaboration, and communication.
- Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school community.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior educator with a strong record of leadership and measurable impact.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience (AP/VP/Principal level).
- Strong background in whole-school or multi-phase leadership (K–12 preferred).
- Demonstrated expertise in academic leadership and raising achievement.
- Experience in school culture, behaviour management, and wellbeing systems.
- Experience in international or multicultural school settings preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead diverse teams.
Desirable:
- Experience with blended or hybrid curriculum models.
- Knowledge of UAE school standards or international accreditation frameworks.
- Ability to inspire staff, engage parents, and strengthen community ties.
