Responsibilities

• Technical Vision: Define and implement the technical strategy for business finance digitization, aligning with organizational goals.




• Solution Design: Architect and design scalable, secure, and integrated solutions for financial processes (Auto Finance, Home Finance and Cards).




• Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend suitable technologies (e.g., ERP, fintech, blockchain).




• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers) to deliver high-quality solutions.




• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.




• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, business, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solution adoption.




• Technical Debt Management: Identify and address technical debt, ensuring solution maintainability and scalability.




• Change Management: Implement effective change management strategies to minimize disruption.




• Compliance and Risk: Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements.




• Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, applying innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in technical leadership roles, with 5+ years in finance digitization or related fields.




• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.




• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Loan Origination System (LOS); Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).




• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
