Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
- Experience in data analytics, SQL, dashboards.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with launching new products and features, establishing clear ship criteria, and iterating quickly.
- Experience working collaboratively with engineering, UX, marketing, legal, finance and other teams.
- Experience in data analysis (e.g., SQL) to understand usage patterns.
- Experience analyzing greenfield market opportunities and defining clear product requirements for new business lines.
- Experience developing solutions in collaboration with customers, other regions, product areas, and functions.

Search Ads 360 is an enterprise-level search management platform that provides a unified, cross-engine solution for managing complex advertising campaigns at scale. By centralizing management across Google Ads and other channels (e.g. retailer sites, social publishers), it drives significant performance gains, leveraging AI-powered bidding to increase conversions and optimize budgets.

We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Explore and manage inventory access from third-party search engines, and as the industry evolves, LLM apps.
- Define, prioritize, and execute on enterprise specific AI-enabled tools to drive further business from agencies and large brand advertisers into the SA360 ecosystem.
- Create a customer segmentation framework and strategy across each segment to win new budgets and drive sticky product value.
- Engage with legal, privacy, policy, and regulatory compliance as necessary to ensure the safety of our users and advertisers.
