Are you an experienced Production Manager looking for a dynamic opportunity in the building materials industry? Our client, a leading manufacturer in the UAE, is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead their production operations and drive efficiency, quality, and safety in their facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations to ensure efficiency, safety and quality standards are met.
• Lead and develop production teams ensuring strong technical and leadership competencies.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and foster a strong safety culture.
• Manage QA & QC processes minimizing rework and reject rates.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
• Monitor and manage inventory budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee maintenance of company assets to minimize downtime.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: University Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in GCC with a supervisory role in the Readymix Industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ReadyMix Concrete (RMX) production operations.

Leadership & Behavioral Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Proficient in analysis, reporting and problem solving
• Other Requirements: A valid UAE Driver’s License is a must.
