Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Project teams and the supplier to maintain on-time equipment delivery, expediting and mitigating equipment delivery risks.
  • Manage and maintain stage gate deliverables and project-level change management oversight. Status/ reporting/escalations to all stakeholders including project and program level. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitor execution KPIs against committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Scope alignment with all stakeholders including latest redacted documentation, logistics and delivery details, responsibility transfer between vendor and site, and identification of potential scope gaps.
  • Guide risk identification and mitigation activities with transfer of ownership, equipment protection plans, and loose ship material management.
  • Develop a mutually agreeable process to be used by the contractors for approval/acceptance of shipments delivered to the site. Track internal project-related bugs to support timely resolution.
