Minimum qualifications:

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It’s your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Google One is one of the largest and fastest-growing subscriptions at Google. We recently surpassed 150 million paying subscribers and have launched the several direct to consumer Generative AI offerings at Google with Gemini Advanced and Gemini for Workspace. This is a very testing role that requires Cross-functional (XFN) and Cross-product-area (X-PA) collaboration. There is significant learning and growth potential with visibility to leadership and direct impact on company’s business
As a program manager you will be comfortable in a fluid environment, and lead through changing priorities and delivering impact.
You will focus on conversion of users of Google One into paying subscribers and increasing their lifetime value (LTV), and will collaborate closely with other Google products (such as Gemini, Gmail, Photos, Drive).

Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.
  • Plan product/feature launches through the various stages, Coordinate with Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders, including privacy, legal, partnerships, and support.
  • Evolve our roadmap/launch planning and execution programs and processes end-to-end.
  • Collaborate both internally, with cross-functional and cross-product/cross-company teams, remove roadblocks and keep processes running smoothly.
  • Manage communication of plans/progress/status within and outside the team.
