Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Director to join our team. As a Construction Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion of projects.
• Lead and manage cross‑functional teams, including consultants, engineers, and contractors, to deliver projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
