Project Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out Projects)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor with a BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UAE fit-out projects , managing costs, and ensuring the financial success of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for fit-out projects.
• Measure and quantify materials, labor, and resources for project requirements.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project adherence to budget and scope.
• Review and negotiate contracts and tender documents.
• Monitor project costs and ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Assist with procurement and ensure the accurate management of project financials.

Qualifications:

• BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
