1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead, plan, and execute Fit-Out & MEP HVAC projects from initiation to handover.
  • Review project scope, drawings, and technical specifications to prepare execution strategies.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resource allocation plans.

2. Coordination & Supervision

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

3. Cost & Quality Control

  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure all work meets required quality standards and client expectations.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, technical challenges, and delays proactively.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety codes, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, variation orders, and handover files.

5. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and technical teams.
  • Foster teamwork, productivity, and a safety-first culture across all project sites.
