Our client a fast-growing tech company in Dubai is looking for a QA Senior Engineer (hand-on) to lead quality assurance across their mobile and web platforms. You’ll shape the testing strategy manage the QA function and ensure that product releases aren’t just fast but flawless.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading QA across iOS Android and web platforms.
  • Designing and executing comprehensive end-to-end test plans.
  • Owning test automation frameworks building and maintaining them with tools like Selenium Appium and Cypress.
  • Managing Lambda Testing environments for cross-browser/device testing.
  • Running hands-on test cycles and reporting on software quality.
  • Collaborating with developers and product managers to set and uphold quality standards.
  • Identifying process improvements and championing better smarter testing.
  • Mentoring junior QA engineers and fostering a high-performance team.
  • Representing QA in sprint planning retros and standups.

What you’ll need:

  • 5-7 years of QA experience including 2 years in a lead role.
  • Deep hands-on testing skills for mobile and web platforms.
  • Strong automation knowledge comfortable building and managing frameworks.
  • Proven experience running full test cycles: performance security accessibility and functional.
  • Fluent in tools like Lambda Testing Postman Selenium Appium TestRail and CI/CD platforms.
  • Clear communication and people leadership skills.

Bonus points for:

  • ISTQB certification.
  • Familiarity with mobile store submissions.
  • Scripting in Python JavaScript or Java.
  • Experience testing in cloud environments and API testing with Postman or REST Assured.
  • Agile fluency (Scrum Kanban).
