We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, tender preparation, and ensuring effective cost control and contract management across projects.

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Manage project budgets and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk analysis for upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors for cost-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and regulations.
• Prepare progress reports, variation claims, and final accounts.
• Support the procurement process and vendor negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or consultancy projects.
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, and project budgeting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and cost estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
