Responsibilities
- Develop and implement practices that adhere to ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 22001:2005, EQM, and ECAS standards.
- Formulate organizational context, risk management plans, and policies to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Establish and maintain management systems that enhance organizational capabilities and regulatory adherence.
- Define and track corporate objectives, ensuring consistent follow-up on performance and progress.
- Develop and implement quality control and inspection procedures for materials across all production stages.
- Define quality standards, assess testing equipment, and ensure calibration procedures are maintained and effective.
- Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Analyze productivity and waste generation, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Operations Management
- Lead the development of the annual quality budget based on historical data, strategic objectives, and company plans.
- Oversee processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Direct and coordinate quality, environmental, and food safety teams across all business units.
- Ensure adherence to documentation and record management practices aligned with ISO requirements.
- Organize and lead meetings to review non-conforming materials, initiating necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate on product design, testing, and control activities to integrate quality assurance at all stages.
- Participate in the review and approval of product specifications, ensuring compliance with legal, customer, and internal requirements.
- Plan, execute, and report findings from internal and third-party audits, recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective measures in collaboration with relevant departments.
People Management & Team Development
- Communicate departmental KPIs effectively to team members, ensuring clarity of objectives and performance expectations.
- Assess staffing needs, allocate resources effectively, and maintain optimal operational workflow.
- Identify training needs, provide coaching, and mentor team members to build a high-performance culture.
- Foster a positive and growth-oriented environment, developing employees for future leadership roles.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in R&D, quality control, or process improvement roles within manufacturing or similar sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to innovation.
- Proficiency in quality management systems, risk management, and process optimization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
