Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the property buying, selling, and leasing process with professionalism and expertise.
• Assist buyers in finding properties that align with their lifestyle, needs, and investment goals.
• Advise sellers on market strategies, pricing, and property presentation to achieve maximum results.
• Conduct property tours, private viewings, and open houses.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with buyers, sellers, and landlords.
• Keep up with Business Bay’s fast-paced real estate trends, new developments, and market insights.
• Build a strong client network through prospecting, referrals, and community engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Valid and active Real Estate license in Dubai.
• Proven track record in real estate sales or a strong background in direct sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently.
• In-depth knowledge of Business Bay and surrounding areas.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing is advantageous.
