You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong knowledge of the real estate market and staying updated on industry trends. Responsibilities

• Conduct home tours, attend open houses, and market properties
• Proactively find and engage new prospects
• Match clients with properties that meet their needs and criteria
• Negotiate terms and close rental and sales deals
• Offer consultation to clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters
• Stay informed on local real estate market trends, sales, and new projects
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
• Build and maintain professional networks with developers, mortgage lenders, and banks
• Keep up-to-date listings of available properties with all necessary documents and marketing materials
• Acquire and maintain exclusive listings, aiming for at least 2 new properties weekly
• Handle inquiries about contracts and sale or rental terms
• Organize and manage your daily tasks, workflow, and targets through our company’s platform
