Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent at TEKCE, you’ll be a trusted advisor, connecting sellers with qualified buyers. You’ll guide clients through the marketing or purchasing process, ensuring they find the right property at the best price and under the most favorable terms.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Accompanying buyers during the viewing tour.
  2. Advising clients on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
  3. Presenting purchase offers to potential buyers.
  4. Identifying customers’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
  5. Providing advice to customers on market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  6. Preparing necessary paperwork (contracts etc).
  7. Having information about the real estate market.
  8. Creating lists for real estate sales properties that include information such as location, features, images, etc.
  9. Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
  10. Ensuring fair and honest dealing.

Required Background:

  1. Strong interpersonal skills.
  2. Pro-active and a team player.
  3. Goal orientated and ambitious.
  4. Be interested in a long-term career with us.
  5. Basic knowledge of using the Internet, Windows, and MS Office.
  6. Flexible in your working hours.
  7. Possess a valid driver’s license.
  8. In addition to excellent English, fluent in Russian.

10:00 – 15:00 Saturday
