What will you do:

• As the first point of guest for the guest entering the restaurant, you have the responsibility to represent the restaurant image to them.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously—calls, guest greetings, inquiries, and admin duties—while staying professional and friendly.
• To handle all guest complaints in a positive and friendly manner and to report to your supervisor if escalated.
• Communicate clearly and warmly, both in person and over the phone, while actively listening to guest needs.
• Respond to all inquiries with clarity, friendliness, and professionalism.
• Manage the reservation system accurately—handling bookings, checking availability, and updating guest profiles for personalized service.

What you need:

• 1-2 years’ experience in hospitality in a similar role as hostess/events/cabin crew (airlines)
• Experience in the hospitality industry and being familiar with the local hospitality scene
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• English – fluent oral and written
• Familiarity with reservation system 7Rooms
