We are seeking an experienced Regional Growth Partner to expand our collaboration network within the Arabic-speaking market.

This role is focused on developing second-tier partners , strengthening regional presence, and driving performance through established channel-growth methods.

The position does not deal with end-users. Instead, it centers on building and guiding a structured downstream partner system and maintaining long-term activity across your network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage sub-agents / downstream partners .
  • Maintain consistent communication and ensure partner engagement.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize partner growth strategies.
  • Execute targeted outreach using provided materials and approved resources.
  • Expand the network through resource integration and industry contacts.

Requirements

  • Native-level Arabic; English proficiency preferred.
  • Prior experience in channel expansion, affiliate‑style operations, or partner development .
  • Understanding of performance‑driven collaboration structures.
  • Existing resources or regional connections are a strong plus.
  • Self‑driven, organized, and capable of independent execution.
