Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow current business relationships.
• Pursue new business opportunities with a focus on Insurance companies Mutual funds Selffunded schemes and Employer groups.
• Serve as the liaison between the company and its clients.
• Ensure growth efforts are in alignment with the companys goals and objectives.
• Collaborate directly with the management to explore and set new business potentials.
• Proactively identify and address client concerns fostering strong and lasting relationships.
• Prepare clear and concise presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors / Masters Degree.
• 5 years relevant experience in a similar role (Insurance companies Hospitals Medical Centres).
• Proven experience in Relationship Management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
