We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tele caller – Account Retention professional to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with existing customers who are at risk of discontinuing services or closing their accounts, understand their concerns, and provide effective solutions to retain them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers who have requested cancellations or shown signs of disengagement.
  • Understand customer issues and provide prompt, accurate, and relevant solutions.
  • Persuade customers to retain their accounts by highlighting product/service value, offers, or personalized benefits.
  • Maintain a calm, empathetic, and professional tone during all interactions.
  • Document all customer interactions and outcomes accurately
  • Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed retention and call performance targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tele calling, customer service, or account management roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Fluency in (English / Local language(s)) as required.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.

This is a Contract position, with a seniority level of Not Applicable , in the Marketing and Sales job function, within the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
