As the Revenue Strategy Manager for the UAE market, you will architect and execute the revenue engine that drives sustainable revenue growth across KPay’s product ecosystem. You will operate at the intersection of pricing, monetization and go-to-market strategy — ensuring we acquire, retain, and grow merchant value efficiently at scale. This role suits a strategist who thrives in ambiguity, and excels at turning insights into actionable commercial plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and launch the end-to-end revenue strategy for a new market.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Marketing, Operations teams and etc. to align revenue initiatives with business goals and operational readiness.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor moves, and customer behavior to identify untapped revenue opportunities and areas for optimization.
  • Build forecasting models, track KPIs, and report on revenue performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Turn early-stage experimentation into repeatable, scalable processes and act as a thought partner on long-term revenue and growth strategy.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in revenue strategy, growth, or operations management roles, preferably within fintech, payments, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing revenue initiatives that directly contributed to business growth in a new or competitive market.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Excel and data visualization tools. SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear strategies and communicate effectively with both technical and commercial teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and willing to “get hands dirty” to drive outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
