• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies.

• Monitor and report on risk exposure and mitigation strategies to senior management.
• Lead risk assessments and ensure appropriate measures are in place to mitigate identified risks.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a unified approach to risk management.
• Conduct audits and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk controls.
• Deliver training and awareness programmes to promote a risk-conscious culture across the organisation.

A successful Risk Director should have:

• A strong educational background in risk management, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in risk and compliance roles within the real estate or construction industry.
• Ability to implement policies, procedures and frameworks and build the team.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
