Overview

Join to apply for the Sales Executive – Motor Insurance role at dubizzle . This role focuses on increasing insurance penetration, working with finance partners and insurance brokers, and achieving auto finance and insurance targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required to improve closing ratios in a fast-paced, high-performing team.

In this role, you will

• Target oriented and strong closer
• Communicate with clients and complete their finance and insurance
• Work closely with banks, insurance brokers and the transfer team to ensure vehicle transfer success
• Identify and understand client objections and offer solutions
• Assist with client queries via phone, email or during viewings
• Understand the motors market and its various audiences
• Increase partnerships with banks and insurance brokerages
• Promote different rates that satisfy the buyer’s needs
• Understand customer needs well before offering the product
• Build rapport and strong relationships with clients (sellers and buyers)
• Prepare daily reports for finance and insurance updates, including number of deals closed and pipeline

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Finance Agent in UAE (preferably in banks)
• Experience using CRM software/apps (preferred Salesforce)
• Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to meet clients in person
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to learn quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English
• Strong closing skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Highly presentable with a professional attitude
• Strong customer service mindset and drive for success
• Passion for helping others
