We are seeking a Sales Recruiter with proven experience hiring B2B sales professionals in Dubai. While you can be based anywhere in the MENA region, you must understand the Dubai sales talent market and have a strong track record of successfully recruiting B2B salespeople in the city.

About the job

You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and evaluating candidates to managing offers and onboarding—while ensuring we attract and hire top-performing B2B sales talent.

As a Sales Recruiter, you will:

End-to-End Recruitment

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for B2B sales roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, and onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define success profiles and competencies for B2B sales roles.

Build strong pipelines of candidates for Dubai-based B2B sales positions through LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, referrals, and proactive sourcing.

Map the Dubai sales talent market to identify both active and passive candidates.

Evaluate candidates on B2B sales skills, quota attainment, negotiation ability, and cultural fit.

Conduct structured interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

Stay up to date on Dubai’s B2B sales talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.

Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on recruitment strategies.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

Ensure a professional, seamless candidate experience.

Represent the company brand effectively to attract top-tier B2B sales talent.

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal recruitment standards.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on B2B sales hiring in Dubai

Proven success in full-cycle recruitment for roles such as Business Development Managers, Account Executives, and Sales Leaders

Strong knowledge of Dubai’s B2B sales market, KPIs, and success drivers

Excellent sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, referrals, job boards)

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus

Proficient in ATS systems, MS Office, and recruitment tools

Nice to Have

Experience hiring for B2B fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startups

Familiarity with scaling sales teams in competitive markets

Knowledge of B2B sales compensation models (base salary, commission, incentives)
