OBJECTIVE
The S2S Consultant ensures the SAP S/4HANA solution supports seamless inventory and shipping processes. They focus on aligning logistics operations with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP S2S implementations, optimizing procurement, sourcing, and vendor settlement processes across multiple industries.
  • Configure the SAP MM module for procurement processes, including purchase orders, material management, and vendor master data management.
  • Implement and enhance vendor management strategies, improving vendor performance through detailed analysis and data-driven decisions.
  • Integrate SAP MM with other modules such as FI/CO for seamless invoice verification and payment processes, ensuring financial alignment.
  • Design and customize SAP S/4HANA solutions for efficient procurement cycles, including automation of purchase order generation and goods receipt.
  • Work closely with procurement teams to develop and streamline vendor selection, procurement planning, and purchasing processes.
  • Deliver end-user training on SAP procurement processes, increasing user adoption and reducing support cases post-implementation.
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide functional specifications for system enhancements and improvements.
  • Experience in EDI Setup and interfaces setup to Other external systems.

Skillset Required:

  • 15+ years SAP experience, with a focus on logistics and shipping.
  • SAP Source to Settle (S2S) Processes
  • Expertise in regulated industries.
  • Advanced skills in stakeholder management and process design.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
  • Fluent in English; German/French is a plus.
