Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• 8-12 years of relevant work experience
• Language skills: English (required), Arabic (optional)

Responsibilities

• Experience in SAP Tax & Revenue Management (TRM), preferably in SAP Public Sector Collection and Disbursement (PSCD)
• Experience in Public Sector projects
• Proactively develop in-depth knowledge of taught topics and business processes
• Manage Taxpayer Sign-up, Registration, Return Filing, Payment Collections, Refunds, Deregistration, notifications, configurations, Revenue Management, and system integrations
• At least 2 years of experience in Taxation, Accounting, or Auditing
• Understanding of Tax Laws and Legislation
• Experience in Business Requirements Documentation, Business Impact Analysis, and Due Diligence
• Coordinate with clients and system implementation teams
• Conduct training sessions for various audiences
• Manage projects ensuring quality of deliverables
• Stay updated with new technologies and methodologies, including Agile
