Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced School Principal to lead a high-performing secondary school focused on Engineering and Science education. The role requires strong academic leadership, operational oversight, and a passion for delivering high-quality student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all academic and operational aspects of the school
• Drive teaching excellence, curriculum quality, and student performance
• Manage and develop academic and support staff
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, inspection, and education standards
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, parents, and regulators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science (Doctorate preferred)
• Senior leadership experience as a Principal or Vice Principal
• Strong background in Australian or US education systems
• Proven experience managing large academic teams and school operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
