Job Description of Scrum Master-Corporate Lending & Financing

We are currently looking to hire a Scrum Master with a strong background in Lending and Financing, specifically in Corporate and SME Financing.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in agile project delivery and a solid understanding of financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities of Scrum Master-Corporate Lending & Financing

Guide and coach the Scrum team and organization on Agile practices and values.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure clear backlog priorities.
Identify and eliminate obstacles that impede the team’s progress.
Ensure effective collaboration and communication among team members.
Promote continuous improvement within teams through data-driven metrics and feedback loops.
Foster a high-trust, psychologically safe team environment conducive to growth and delivery.

Qualification Required for Scrum Master-Corporate Lending & Financing

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in Corporate Lending, Banking, or Financial Technology domains.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) is preferred.
