About the Role

We are looking for a driven B2B business developer to join our team and work alongside our sales team in expanding our reach and growing revenue across our corporate and EOR product lines.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Qualify: Identify and engage new leads for corporate and EOR services.
• Discovery & Closing: Conduct discovery calls, manage opportunities, and close deals.
• Pipeline Management: Own your sales funnel with accuracy and discipline.
• Client Growth Support: Partner with our sales team to support account expansion, share workload, and provide holiday coverage.

Requirements

• B2B sales experience (ideally in professional, corporate, HR, or EOR services).
• Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills – confident with LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• A self-starter who thrives in a competitive, high-growth sales environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools.
