Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Procurement and Contracts Engineer to manage the procurement lifecycle and contract administration for a large industrial project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-qualification tendering evaluation and contract awards.
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce contract terms.
• Coordinate with engineering planning and legal teams.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement strategies and contract law.

Additional Information :

Experience:

• 15 years of relevant experience.
• 10 years in procurement/contracts roles in industrial projects.
• Experience in the Middle East is required.
