Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, a related function, or an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA, or other similar qualification).
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams, with excellent problem-framing, problem-structuring, and project management skills.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools, with excellent quantitative modeling skills.
- Knowledge of accounting and core finance processes and of standard finance systems (e.g., SAP).
- Ability to communicate to stakeholders including technical management teams.

- Partner with the Global Affairs leadership in core areas that include the central location strategy, efficiency of procurement savings in professional services, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience influencing business decisions that impact multiple stakeholders.
- Develop new solutions to balance company risks with efficiency goals.
