Damen Shipyards Group is established in 1927 and is a 100% Dutch family-owned international group of companies which operates 34 shipbuilding and repair yards employing 10000 people worldwide from a divisional structure with 7 divisions and a holding.

Damen Middle East Shared Services located in UAE is part of Damen Global Support that provides support services for the divisions of Damen Shipyards Group in the areas of various expertise like Finance, Audit, Legal and Compliance.

Qualification – Masters / CIPD level 5 – 8 yrs experience in UAE

The Role

The Role is a HR Business Partner for Middle East. The role will play a crucial role to align all UAE regulations. Having pre-experience as HR advisor is desired specially for UAE Mainland & Freezone jurisdiction regulations.

• Advising on UAE laws & regulations
• Advising Management/Group HR on a regular basis
• Personnel and Payroll Administration
• Compensation & Benefits
