As Senior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with senior leadership, providing expert legal support across corporate and commercial matters. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and advising on a wide range of agreements, with particular exposure to real estate transactions and corporate governance matters.

Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements, including real estate sales contracts, service agreements, and procurement-related documents.
• Advise on UAE laws and civil code compliance, ensuring all transactions and contracts meet regulatory requirements.
• Support business units across their portfolio of sectors, providing practical legal solutions aligned with commercial objectives.
• Manage corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, share transfers, and entity formation under supervision.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks, offering strategic input during negotiations.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advisory services, handling operational queries and ensuring timely, accurate guidance to business teams.

Profile

• 6‑10 years’ experience in corporate commercial law, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE laws and civil code, with proven ability to apply them in complex transactions.
• Exposure to real estate matters, including reviewing and advising on sales agreements.
• Experience working across diverse sectors such as real estate, F&B, leisure, and fitness.
• Ability to work independently under supervision, managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative and composed, with strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders.
