Responsibilities
- Responsible for P&L and delivery of budgeted profit
- Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them
- Originate and contract residential market offtake agreements with customers and end users. Stay current with market trends in pricing, contract terms, and conditions.
- Utilize existing relationships to further build a customer base in the UAE market.
- Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post‑sale
- Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales
- Work with the marketing team to develop sales leads
- Generate healthy order books.
- Oversee execution of the project’s timely delivery
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding.
- Work with different internal teams to negotiate contract terms (project finance, engineering, project management, procurement, and legal).
Requirements
- Qualification: Electrical Engineering Graduate from an accredited university preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience as well as a Customer service experience.
- 2-3 years of sales manager experience
- Experience in the Solar Energy Industry, highly preferred.
Skills
- Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks
- Knowledge of marketing channels and Marketing Analytics, business acumen.
- Project pursuit: prepare a quotation and project proposal.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written), including the ability to influence, inspire, persuade, and motivate others.
- Strong logical analysis ability, ability to resist compression, and decisive execution ability. Willing to travel for business.
- Innovative dealmaker who develops profitable solutions to complex problems in highly competitive markets.
- Ability to develop and refine appropriate sales strategies for each account opportunity.
- Strong relationships within the marketplace.
- Keen perception of business risks and rewards
