Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication and PR strategies and implement plans that support the overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Monitor public opinion and industry trends to inform communication strategies.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create high‑quality content for various internal and external, owned and earned communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging and branding by developing brand‑specific message houses, press kits, and fact sheets.
  • Plan and execute PR events, press conferences, and media briefings; coordinate logistics, manage invitations, and prepare spokespeople for public appearances.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers; proactively seek media opportunities and partnerships that amplify awareness and generate interest.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • Specialized training/certifications such as crisis communications or reputation management, are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in communications and public relations, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in media relations and corporate communication.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively.
  • Solid understanding of digital media and social media platforms.
  • Excellent planning, time‑management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
