Role : Senior/ Manager – Tourism & Culture Advisory
Experience: 8 – 15 Years
Location: Dubai, UAE
Must Have

• Strong background in Tourism, Culture, Strategic Consulting, Transformation, Policy, Hospitality, Urban Planning or Destination Development.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder government programs.
• Fluent English required; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the GCC.

About the Role: Seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to deliver strategic transformation engagements across the Tourism & Culture sector in the UAE and wider GCC region. This is a delivery-focused role with regional exposure, reporting to Director / MD level.
Key Responsibilities: You will lead client-facing advisory projects for government and semi-government entities, focusing on:

• Tourism & Culture strategy development.
• Sector transformation & operating model design.
• Public policy & regulatory advisory.
• Destination development & hospitality ecosystems.
• Program / PMO leadership and project management.
• Revenue optimization and economic impact initiatives.
